What methods of payment do you accept?

We offer payment via Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal.

Can I become a distributor or make a bulk order?

What is Zillion’s warranty policy?

Our limited warranty covers against defects in material or workmanship one year from the date of purchase. A dated sales receipt must be included to show your product was purchased within the warranty period. Only leather products sold through authorized Zillion retailers are subject to the terms of the warranty.  Once your product is inspected and a defect is found due to manufacturer's workmanship, we will replace your product with the same style or an equivalent style of equal value based on the purchase price. As we are a fashion company, we cannot guarantee that the same style will be available for your replacement. If this is the case, you will be able to select a replacement. This warranty is void if the leather product has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship, or if a valid receipt is not included. At this time, Zillion will not repair damaged leather products. We will replace them if the conditions of this warranty are met.  Please be advised that all defective products are disposed of upon receipt, and replaced if the terms of this warranty are met.  Please read our return and exchange policy for the details on the refund/exchange process.

How can I return or exchange my wallet?

To return a product to Zillion, please make sure that the received product is carefully packaged and properly protected, you must include a note stating the reason for return as well as the relevant order information. TILE

1. How Tile Works

Tile is the smart companion for all things you can't stand to lose. When you begin searching for a lost item, your phone tracks the Bluetooth signal strength of your Tile up to 100 feet. As the signal draws you closer, Tile's distinctive melody can be heard until your lost item is back in your hands.

2. Tile Technology & Technical Details

Tile uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to help you locate your items. While Bluetooth technology is a wireless technology, there are significant differences between Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and GPS technology. Tile's Bluetooth range is up to 100 ft. Bluetooth is most effective at the 30 ft range, depending on the environment.

3. Size of Tile

Tile is small, lightweight and fits in with the design of your Zillion wallet. Product Size: 37mm x 37mm x 5.3mm That's about 1/4" thin, and a bit less than 1.5" length and height.

4. Water Resistance & Durability

Water Resistant: Tile is water resistant up to IP5 standards so a spilled drink or a rainy day won't pose a problem. Durable: Tile is built from durable materials and designed to withstand whatever the world throws at them.

5. Device Compatibility

Tile works on Apple iOS and Android devices with Bluetooth 4.0. Supported Apple Devices using iOS 8.1 and up:

  • iPhone (Released 2011 or later): 4s, 5, 5c, 5s, 6, 6 Plus
  • iPad (Released 2012 or later): 3rd Gen, 4th Gen, Air

6. Security & Privacy

Tiles are only visible to the registered user, and they do not contain any personal identifiable information on them. If you mark something as lost, another user's phone can find a Tile, but it relays the information to our servers anonymously. The user never even knows they did it.

USING YOUR TILE APP

1. Ways to Find Your Zillion Wallet

So your Zillion Wallet goes missing. What do you do? Follow these tips to help you find your lost Zillion Wallet! * Tile Missing Nearby * Tile casts a signal across a 100-foot radius. To start searching for your wallet, select the item from the app home screen and tap the green "Find" button. You can also tap the Tile icon to show the location proximity. When you start searching for an item, your phone tracks the signal strength of your Tile. The green tracking circle fills in as you get closer and Tile's distinctive melody will play until your lost Zillion is back in safe hands! * Tile Maps the Last Place You Had It * The app automatically records the last place your phone saw your Wallet. Simply open up your lost wallet on the app and tap the map to get the approximate location and directions to your Zillion. This should give you a starting point to look for your wallet so you don't have to retrace all of your steps.

2. Account & Activation

Setting Up Your Account 1. Download the Tile App 2. Open the app on your phone and tap "Get Started". 3. Enter the email address you want to use for your user name. 4. Create a password at least 7 characters long. 5. Check your email inbox for an email from registration@thetileapp.com. Follow the link in the email to confirm. (If you can't find this email, please click here). 6. Once confirmed, open the app and select "I already have an account." Sign in using your email address (username) and password. 7. Follow the prompts to allow Tile access to Bluetooth and Location Finding so you can see your Tiles on a map Activate Your Tile 1. Add a Tile: Select the + button to add a Tile 2. Press the "e" button firmly on the Tile until you hear it play a tune. (The most common problem we hear about is that people had to push the "e" harder than they thought. It needs to be done firmly, and it will depress. You'll hear a tune.) 3. Place the Tile on your device as directed by the app 4. Name your Tile 5. Add a picture of the item you're going to Tile 6. Activate your Tile 7. Be happy because now you can always find your wallet!

4. Reset Your Password

5. Shared Tiles Features

You can invite one person to share each Tile with. This will double your finding power to help keep track of your wallet. Good people to share with include a significant other, roommate, family member, co-worker, pretty much anyone close to you in life! The person that you "share" Tile with will be able to: Ring the Tile See location updates Mark the Tile as Lost

6. Tile Sound

Tile's sound is designed to be heard by a wide range of hearing levels. You can press the Find button on the app to have your Tile play a tune. While at this time the sound on a Tile cannot be adjusted, the Tile app provides a visual indication showing you if you're getting closer/further from your Tile. To get started, tap the Tile icon when trying to find your lost Tile. When you start searching for an item, your phone tracks the signal strength of your Tile. The green tracking circle fills in as you get closer. Frequency: Tile songs range from 131 Hz to 8000 Hz.
